Production Step:
The production include 4 steps: wooden cabinet, polish, baking paint, and installation. Each step will take time and energy to finish it.
Wooden cabinet is made into wooden board. During the step, we will reserve the sockets place, logo place and light box place for you. Before it, you need to tell me what standard sockets that you want. Polish step will take about 3-5 working days to finish it. Then we will put the oil on it.
Baking paint include the 4 primers and white baking paint, orange baking paint. After each layer of paint is finished, wait for one night to dry.
Final step is to install the drawers, cabinet, logo, sockets and the light strip.
We will production and install every store furniture in our workshop. And we will add light, connect wires and install the locked to the display cabinets, so it’s very safe to use. Before deliver, the kiosks will be separated and packed in many cartons. When you receive the goods, just put them together and connect the cables to the main sockets. It’s a very easy to complete.
