Story about this ice cream booth
First, our customer find us that told us that he need a cheap ice cream kisok. When known his requirements, we help our customer make a 3D design. Because he need it urgently, so we speed up the design time and confirm design before randering clear photos. We modify three times to confirm it as the final deisgn. The total work with detailed information takes 3 days and only need 300usd. It finally reduce from total amount. To be honest, it’s the fastest kiosk I have ever made. Usually, customer want to change the layout, color to make it better. Beside, the mall manager need a week or two to review the ice cream kiosk design. Real pictures show
The basic tone is matte grey painting with high glossy red finishing. At the first, our customer likes it to green white and red. However, he find it is not luxury enough, so he decide to change to bright red color. Like what we see today. In the front side is a reception counter and frozen machine. A red panel cover the machine body, where is good to attach a sticker for advertising. We don’t note in the design according to his requirements. And on the back counter, we add 4 double sockets for machines on the countertop. While on the bottom, customer can restore more things.
It takes only 18 days to complete all the production work to help our customers cath the deadline. He is very excited to know we finish it so quickly. And our customer likes the kiosk when we update the pictures before shipping. Here are some pictures sharing with you.
Steps to build the mall kiosk
- We first prepare materials, including wood, locks, slide rails, paint, LOGO and sockets.
- Make wood body according to the confirmed design drawing. In about 3 days, you can see the wood model of the ice cream booth. If your have a bigger ice cream booth, it takes about 5-7 days to complete the wood body
- Painting surface treatment. We usually paint the kiosk 5 times, one is the base paint and the color is white. 3 times the top coat, you can clearly see the desired color. The last paint is to achieve the gloss, matte or semi-matte effect you want. Since we need to wait for the paint to dry before proceeding with the next paint baking, the paint baking process usually takes a long time
- Connect wires and sockets inside the kiosk. It usually takes about 2 days. From this step, you can see how your ice cream booth looks like in real life
- Finally, assembly the kiosk well. Including install cabinet doors, brand logo and light box. It’s the final step before delivery.
