Production Process
The production process include 3 steps. Before we produce the kiosk, you need to confirm the 3d design and construction drawings. We need to do the wood board according the construction drawings. Then we will assemble the board into wooden cabinet. During the step, we will reserve the sockets place, logo place and light box. Then we need to stick the laminate. Install the accessories, we will install the logo, sockets, light box and so on.
Time
The time include design time, production time, shipping time. The design time will take about 3-5 working days. But you need to consider the revise time and the mall approval time. Production time will take 22-25 working days. The shipping time based on which port is near to you.
Installation
We will divide the kiosk into several parts and produce it according to the drawings. When you receive the package, you open the package. Then place them according to the construction drawings. Finally, connect the wire together. The kiosk can work successfully.
Package:
The packaging is divided into two parts. The first is the inner packaging and the second is the outer packaging. The inner packaging is made of EPE foam to wrap the sides and corners of the cabinet. Then wrap the entire cabinet with a film, or fix EPE foam. The outer package is made into MDF which is wooden box. Before we nail the wooden box, we will put some foam on the edge of the box to make the package more security.
