Production Process:
The production include 5 steps. We need to make the wooden cabinets and will reserve the suitable place for the sockets, logo, light strip and the light box. So we need to confirm the drawings and 3d design before producing. Next step is polishing the wooden cabinet to make the surface more smooth. Then we need to make the baking paint. During the step, we will do the 4 primers and 2 baking paints. Fourth step is to stick the veneer. Final step is to install the logo, light box, drawers, sockets and etc.

How to pack to protect safety?
It includes the interior packaging and outside packing. Interior packing use the EPE foam to pack the edges and corners of the showcase, and then wrap them with film. The material of wooden box is MDF, but if you want to customize the wooden box for the outside package, we can also help you make this wooden box. This kind of packaging is very strong and can prevent damage.
When we help you transport, we will also ask the shipping company for insurance. If there is damage during transportation, we can apply to the shipping company for compensation.
