The size of the candy display rack
Candy display rack’ size is customized, not fixed. The size of the candy display rack is mainly determined by the space of the displayed store and the structure, material performance, and craftsmanship of the showcase.
Our common specifications are 1000*300*1200-1800mm. Display racks have high display rack and low display rack according to the height. High cabinets are generally placed against the wall or independently. The upper part is for display of candies, and the lower part is for storage. A candy store would better need some shorter display cases. Because the main sales target of candy is children, children can choose for themselves.
Production Process
We will do the wooden cabinet according to the 3d design firstly. It is important to confirm the 3d design before we produce the wooden cabinet. After wooden cabinet, we need to polish the cabinet surface to make the whole surface more smooth. The final aim is to make the final surface more bright and high-end. Next, we need to do the baking paint. We will send you the Pantion Color Card to choose your favorite color, our worker will match the color for you. It includes the 4 primers and 2 baking paint.
Finally, we will install the drawers, layers, and the light strip.
Time:
The whole time include the design time( If you want the same one, need not consider design time), production time and the shipping time.
Design time: the design time will take about 3-5 working days for a candy shop.
Production time: In general, the production time will take about 25-28 working days for a whole shop furniture. It depends on what quantity of the shop furniture you have.
Shipping time: the shipping has two methods. One is shipping by air, the other one is shipping by sea. If you have enough time, you can choose ship by sea. Because the shipping fee will be more cheaper than air transport. Different counties have the different shipping time. You can tell me which country or which port is close to you. We will check for you.
How to Pack?
The package include the outer package and inter package. The outer package we use the MDF to build. The inter package use the EPE foam to pack the edge and corner of the display rack and fix with film. Then Put the inter package into wooden box and nail it.
