Modern Interior Layout and Fixture Furniture Solutions for Bubble Tea Shop

 In Bubble Tea Store Design

The core of this bubble tea shop design is fresh, modern industrial-natural hybrid theme, crafted to align with the brand’s “fresh, accessible, and vibrant” identity. The color palette balances warm natural tones (light oak wood, soft white) with lively accent hues (tiffany blue, terracotta orange, muted grey) and bold brand elements (the signature lime green 8TEAS logo), creating a welcoming, Instagram-worthy atmosphere that appeals to young customers while maintaining a clean, professional retail aesthetic.

All brand touchpoints are fully customized and integrated into the furniture and fixtures. A large LED-lit 8TEAS logo panel above the cashier counter, and a matching exterior neon-style logo on the storefront, ensuring consistent brand visibility both inside and outside the shop. Geometric wood-and-brick accent wall behind the service counter, paired with a vertical greenery wall on the dining side, reinforcing the brand’s fresh, eco-friendly messaging. Framed, wall-mounted menu boards above the back counter, with dedicated wood shelving to hold promotional materials and product imagery, keeping the service area organized and on-brand.

Bubble Tea Shop Layout

This bubble tea shop adopts a streamlined functional layout. The core work area occupies the central and rear zone, featuring connected custom service counters and prep stations. It integrates order taking, drink making and pickup areas, with embedded equipment slots and under-counter storage for ingredients, utensils and cleaning tools. Front and side spaces are arranged as the dining zone with matched tables and chairs. Fixed wall-mounted bench seats and movable combined tables and chairs are reasonably placed, keeping wide main walkways to avoid crowding. At the back of the working area lies the private storage and staff area, separated from the customer zone.

Custom Boba Tea Bar Counter

The U-shaped service counter is the centerpiece of the shop, designed and manufactured in-house to meet both aesthetic and operational requirements. Constructed from high-grade plywood, meeting Australian commercial building standards for stability and durability. Front panel use light oak veneer with vertical slat detailing, accented with warm wood tone variations (natural oak to light amber) to add visual texture. The counter corners are rounded for safety and a soft, modern silhouette. Countertop use white engineered stone, chosen for its scratch, stain, and heat resistance—critical for handling hot beverage equipment, spills, and heavy daily use in a bubble tea shop.

And back counter includes built-in cutouts and pre-configured spaces for sinks, blenders, POS systems, and beverage dispensers, eliminating the need for retrofitting on-site. Under-counter storage cabinets with soft-close doors are included in the BOH section, providing organized space for ingredients, cups, and cleaning supplies. Back prep counter is fully customized to fit beverage equipment, with a continuous wood shelf above for menu boards and a grey-and-white cabinet base for additional storage.
