This toy kiosk adopts an open U-shaped layout with a dedicated front entrance facing the main pedestrian aisle of the mall, which is the most efficient layout for impulse-buy retail such as plush toys. The whole booth is divided into four functional zones: central bulk display island, surrounding multi-tier shelving walls, round highlight display plinth, and cashier counter on the right side. The surrounding display racks form a continuous display perimeter without dead corners. Shoppers can walk around the whole kiosk smoothly without turning back frequently.
Display Function Design
-The upper open shelves are built in 3 to 4 tiers, dedicated to medium and large stuffed animals such as rabbits, bears and giraffes. Each layer keeps a vertical clearance above 350mm, so tall plush toys do not get squeezed. The middle open grids are divided into small square compartments, used to arrange small keychains and mini dolls neatly, preventing small goods from sliding around.
-The raised round plinth is set as the visual focal point right at the front entrance, exclusively for best-selling core products and limited-edition dolls. The tiered circular stand creates a tiered viewing effect, so passersby can spot featured merchandise from several meters away. The independent cashier counter on the right also comes with multi-layer open racks on its side panel, adding extra display space for small impulse items next to the checkout area to increase add-on sales.
-All shelf heights are pre-adjustable. The aluminum frame with slot holes allows toy kiosk operators to reconfigure shelf spacing freely when swapping seasonal new arrivals, so the cabinet structure does not limit merchandise updates.
Materials
We strictly follow mall fit-out requirements when selecting materials and building the frame. The toy kiosk main cabinet body uses MDF material with light wood grain veneer finished, which is scratch-resistant, moisture-proof and low-formaldehyde, passing indoor environmental testing required by most shopping centers. The frame of all open shelving is constructed with thickened aluminum alloy square tubes, making the racking strong enough to hold dozens of heavy plush dolls without deformation over long-term use. We pre-installed embedded LED light strips along the front edge of each shelf, casting soft light directly onto plush toys to highlight texture without strong reflective glare that affects product viewing.
