Designed for Durability
The primary construction material is a commercial-grade, high density MDF. It’s stable and strong to use with luxury and smooth backing paint finishes. Pressure treatment protects the core wooden structure from moisture ingress, insect damage, and rot. Significantly extending the kiosk’s operational lifespan. Countertop is yellow artificial stone to have a brilliant color effect. All joints are reinforced, and the design incorporates strategic bracing. Ensure structural integrity during transport and against wind loads once completed. View corn kiosk design

Coastal Color Scheme
The client-selected color scheme of blue and white is strategically for both branding and practical performance. The specific shades of blue evoke the surrounding ocean and tropical sky. Creating an immediate and appealing connection with the local environment and tourist demographic. The finish is also easy to clean and maintain, repelling dirt and grime. The white accents provide contrast for excellent visibility, making the booth stand out in a crowded marketplace. While the overall palette keeps the interior cooler by reflecting more solar radiation than a darker color would.
Optimized Layout Plan
Despite its compact 120-square-foot footprint, the interior layout meticulously plans for maximum efficiency in a fast-food service environment. The design incorporates a dedicated customer service counter with a transaction window. A critical zone for point-of-sale and order handoff. Behind this, the layout allocates ample space for essential equipment. Refrigerated display cases for beverages and sweets, a food preparation counter with sneeze guard, storage shelving for supplies, and dedicated areas for food warming/holding equipment. The flow is to minimize unnecessary movement for staff. Creating a logical path from storage to prep to service. This ergonomic planning is crucial for maintaining speed of service during peak hours. Export Packaging Process
To ensure the kiosk arrives in the Bahamas in perfect condition, it undergoes a specialization packaging and crating process. The entire structure is major panelize components—walls, roof, floor, and counter units. We wrap eacg component in protective foam and heavy-duty plastic shrink wrap to guard against scratches, moisture, and dirt during transit. These wrapped panels are then securely mounted within a custom-built, export-grade wooden crate. This crate is engineered to withstand the rigors of ocean freight. Including stacking and potential shifting. The interior is braced to prevent any movement of the contents, and the entire crate is clearly labeled with handling instructions, contents, and final destination details for smooth logistics handling.
