Decoration Design
Two texture systems are applied to the exterior cladding: horizontal slat panels for the main front customer counter, and vertical fluted panels on the side perimeter walls. This contrast creates visual depth without adding complex decorative elements that are hard to maintain. Potato kiosk colour palette uses white cabinet frames, light wood-texture panels, and bright brand logo graphics. The brand logo of Potato Lab is directly mounted on the front fascia as a core visual anchor. Multiple digital menu screens are embedded within reinforced cabinet housings at different front corners. These screens face different directions to capture foot traffic coming from multiple mall walkway angles.
Layout
Every dimension, partition, cutout, and fixture in food kiosk is tailored to the brand’s menu, equipment list, mall footprint limit, and local health codes. We shaped the U-type enclosed layout based on the client’s workflow sequence in the potato kiosk: order taking → pickup window → ingredient storage → frying → washing station. Partitions are custom-sized to separate customer view from back-of-house cooking areas while maintaining enough internal movement space for 2–3 staff members.
