Color Matching
The whole pizza shop space forms a fixed three-color furniture matching system. High-density MDF with dark walnut solid wood veneer finish, walnut veneer applied to ceiling edge wrapping, window frame partitions, bar main structure, stool back panels and booth outer frames. Dark emerald green waterproof microfiber leather, exclusively used for booth bench upholstery. Off-white matte paint, used for table single support legs, bar stool vertical support columns, wall vertical clapboard panels; low-reflection matte paint prevents strong light reflection under ambient lamp strips, and matches the warm orange concealed ceiling light trough to stabilize space color temperature.
Partition Furniture Customization Solution
Vertical narrow strip solid wood frame mirror partition installed beside single-person and double-person dining tables, the built-in rectangular mirror backboard adopts explosion-proof silver mirror, hollow window part reserves installation space for aluminum alloy venetian blinds; partition bottom is equipped with hidden adjustable foot pads to adapt to uneven wooden floor construction errors on site. The vertical striped wall clapboard custom panel assembled on the wall side of the pizza shop dining area, fixed with hidden keel inside, the surface is off-white matte baking finish, matched with dark walnut edge strips to form vertical linear texture, reducing the sense of depression brought by dark wood ceiling.
Custom Bar Counter
The bar counter is the visual core and auxiliary service area of this pizza restaurant, integrating guest bar seating, wine display, glassware storage, beverage operation station three functions. The wall surface from the ground to the counter waist line is fully pasted with pink-brown micro-mosaic tiles. Horizontal part of the bar waist adopts three layers of stacked brushed bronze stainless steel decorative strips, the right corner of the bar is designed with multi-layer stacked curved metal wrapping edge.
Four fixed single bar stools are matched in front of the bar, all produced as integrated solid wood + metal single support structure. The stool back shell is walnut veneer curved solid wood with a concave V-shaped decorative slot in the middle; vertical support column is off-white thickened steel pipe with powder spraying treatment. The stool cushion is high-density rebound sponge wrapped with wear-resistant beige leather, detachable zipper design for later disassembly, cleaning and replacement.
Stainless steel countertop with matte anti-fingerprint treatment, the front edge is raised 15mm to prevent beverage overflow from flowing to the guest seating area; the countertop is pre-opened with standard slot positions for beverage tap machine, water tap and glass drain rack during production. Space under the countertop is storage drawers and open storage areas, used to place cleaning supplies, pizza side dish tableware and beverage auxiliary materials.
Upper layer of the back bar counter is divided into vertical narrow wine storage grids of different widths, adapting to red wine bottles, spirit bottles and small batch craft wine; the grid partition board is thickened solid wood to avoid bending and deformation caused by long-term bottle pressure. Middle area is pre-installed stainless steel vertical hanging cup racks and horizontal glass placing grids, the grid size is customized according to standard wine glasses, water cups and cocktail cups used in pizza shops, with anti-collision rubber strips pasted on the edge of the grid to prevent glass breakage. A whole circle of warm white LED light strips is embedded at the bottom of each layer of storage grid.
Dining Seat Furniture
The booth bench is divided into single-sided short booth (for double-person tables) and long continuous booth (for four-person and six-person combined tables). Bench use bottom supporting frame adopts thickened galvanized steel metal frame, with a whole-piece metal load-bearing bottom plate. Backrest and cushion are filled with 45D high-density catering special rebound sponge, resistant to long-term sitting collapse; the outer layer is covered with dark emerald green oil-proof microfiber leather, the edge of the backrest is made into a circular tube curved wrapping design, which reduces the collision damage of customers’ elbows and arms compared with right-angle booths.
Double-person small dining table use single off-white thick steel pipe support leg + dark green matte stone grain fireproof board table top, edge wrapped with walnut solid wood sealing edge, waterproof and anti-collision; the table top size is 700*600mm, matching single-sided small booth and independent metal dining chairs, suitable for couple and single dine-in customers. Multi-person combined dining table use double support hidden steel frame + dark walnut matte baking finish table top, table top size 1200*650mm, can splice two tables into a long table to meet group dining demand of 6-8 people.
