Design concept
This is a pretzel kiosk. The brand design integrates the form symbols and brand logo colors of Pretzel into the logic of modern commercial spaces. It is constructed by simple geometric lines, with its outline echoing the public attributes of the shopping center. Distinct brand visual symbols, such as the iconic red brand logo and pretzel-shaped decorations, quickly capture the attention of the crowd. In terms of color, this kiosk mainly combines wooden stripes and triangular patterns. The overall design is simple and substantial, in line with the style of the baking kiosk.
Spatial layout
The vending booth operation area, as the core functional zone, compactly arranges baking equipment such as ovens and fermentation tables. The equipment spacing follows the operation route to ensure that bakers can smoothly complete the production process. The countertop height is ergonomically adapted to reduce operational fatigue. The design of the glass fence not only isolates the cooking fumes and hot air but also makes the production process visible. This meets customers’ demand for the “freshly made on the spot” experience and strengthens consumer trust.
Open display cabinets are set up adjacent to the operation area. It showcases Pretzel products and paired sauces or beverages in layers. The lights are focused on the food, highlighting its color and texture and stimulating the desire to purchase. The integrated design of the cash register and display area shortens the customer’s consumption path. Meanwhile, employees can respond quickly to customers’ inquiries and packaging demands, optimizing the service experience. The open glass structure enables customers to clearly browse the products and price lists without entering.
Material application
The kiosk adopts a black metal frame, which features high strength and stability, supporting the glass fence and the top structure. The cold and hard texture of the metal material contrasts with the warm tones within the space. Meanwhile, the metal surface is treated for rust prevention and wear resistance to ensure long-term durability.
The main material is large-area transparent glass, and its high light transmittance ensures that the internal operations and product displays are presented without any blind spots. Choose safety tempered glass for the glass, which takes into account both transparency and strength. The local wooden grating introduces a natural warm texture, softening the coldness and hardness of metal and glass. Meanwhile, the wood grain adds a layer of detail to the space, echoing the “handcraft” of baked goods. The triangular pattern is made of vinyl stickers, with a clean surface and high color rendering. The operation and display countertop is made of food-grade stainless steel. Stainless steel ensures that the operation area is stain-resistant and also easy to disinfect.
