Conception

This is an exquisite interior scene of a jewelry store. The overall color tone of the store is soft, mainly featuring pink and white. In the center of the ceiling, there hangs a large crystal chandelier, emitting elegant light. On the walls, there are brand logos and decorative patterns, creating a noble atmosphere.
There are several groups of display cabinets in the store, with the main body of the cabinets being light pink and the cabinet surfaces being transparent glass. The interiors are lined with purple velvet fabric, used to display various jewelry items. On the display shelves of the background wall, some jewelry is also displayed, and the lights illuminate the exhibits, making them more dazzling and eye-catching. The entire scene gives a feeling of luxury and elegance, which is very suitable for the display and sale of jewelry.

Manufacturing Process

Design and planning: Based on the brand positioning, store space, and customer requirements, conduct the overall design of the jewelry display cabinet, including the appearance style, size specifications, internal structure, etc., and draw detailed design drawings.
Material preparation: Select appropriate materials, such as Medium – Density Fiberboard (MDF), tempered glass, stainless steel, etc. We often use Medium – Density Fiberboard (MDF) for cabinet – body production due to its uniform material and easy – to – process characteristics. We use tempered glass in the display area to provide good transparency and safety. And we use stainless steel for parts such as frames and bases to enhance durability and aesthetics.
Cabinet-body processing:
- Use cutting equipment to cut MDF boards into various components of the display cabinet according to the designed dimensions.
- Perform edge treatment on the cut components, such as sanding and edge – banding, to make the edges smooth and flat, preventing moisture and wear.
- Assemble each component into a cabinet – body frame through mortise – and – tenon, screw, or glue connection methods to ensure a stable structure.

Acessory installation:Install accessories such as shelves, drawer tracks, and light strips inside the cabinet body. We use shelves to divide the display space, and drawers can store small jewelry or related materials. We need to carefully design the installation position and angle of light strips to achieve the best lighting effect and highlight the luster and texture of jewelry.
Glass installation:Cut the tempered glass into appropriate sizes accurately and install it in the display area of the cabinet body. Fix it with professional hardware accessories to ensure that the glass is firmly installed and well – sealed, preventing dust and moisture from entering.

Painting process

Surface treatment: Thoroughly clean and sand the surface of the cabinet body before painting, removing oil stains, dust, and burrs to make the surface smooth and flat, so as to enhance the adhesion of the paint.
Primer spraying: Spray a layer of primer. After the primer dries, it forms a protective film to seal the pores on the wood surface. Preventing the moisture and harmful substances in the wood from seeping out, and providing a good adhesion base for the top – coat. Generally, the primer needs to be sprayed 2 – 3 times, sanding is carried out after each time it dries.
Putty repair: Check the surface of the cabinet body. If there are defects such as dents and gaps, use putty to repair them. After the putty dries, sand it flat again to make the surface reach the ideal flatness.
Top-coat spraying: Select appropriate top – coats according to the design requirements, such as matte paint, glossy paint, etc. Use air spraying, electrostatic spraying, and other methods to spray the top – coat evenly. Generally, it needs to be sprayed 2 – 3 times. With an appropriate interval between each time to ensure that the paint film dries and cures fully. The top – coat not only gives the display cabinet a beautiful color and luster but also plays a role in protecting the cabinet body.
Paint film inspection and trimming : Once the top – coat is fully dry, check the display cabinet’s entire paint film. If there are issues like sagging, particles, or color differences, trim and treat them promptly. This will make the paint film smooth, flat, uniform, and beautifu

Finished product display

This is a high – end counter. The upper part is a jewelry display cabinet, primarily constructed from tempered glass and bordered with stainless steel. We install cold – light strips inside the jewelry display cabinet to vividly showcase the appearance of the jewelry. The cabinet body consists of Medium – Density Fiberboard (MDF), and we paint its outermost layer white through a baking process. For security, we incorporate anti – theft switches into the interior of the jewelry cabinet. The lower part serves a storage function, suitable for storing gift boxes or product catalogues. The base is typically a stainless – steel skirting board, which facilitates cleaning.

Packaging method

We use the following packaging methods for the display cabinet

Foam wrapping：Wrap the edges and surfaces of the display cabinet with white foam materials. This provides cushioning to prevent damage from impacts during transportation.
Tap fixing: Fix the foam materials to the display cabinet with yellow tape to ensure that the foam does not move during transportation.
Stretch film winding:Wind transparent stretch film around certain areas of the display cabinet to further secure the foam materials. Offering extra protection against dust and moisture.
Carton packaging: Display cabinets wrapped up are placed in a large carton to further protect them from collision and abrasion during transportation.
