Modern style bar counter with mosaic tiles for restaurant furniture
In many restaurants, they not only offer the foods but also the drinks. So that is why we need to make a bar counter for the restaurant for the work counter of the drinks. Today we want to share a bar counter design with you and this one can use in a restaurant or a bar. Let us see some details of this bar counter design.
BASIC DESCRIPTION
Size: 5560 x 600 x 1060 mm or customize size.
Material: MDF with baking paint, mosaic tiles.
Countertop: Quartz stone countertop.
Others: Spotlights, stainless steel toe kick.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This bar counter we designed for a customer from Puerto Rico. Our customer opened a big restaurant so he wants to make a bar counter for a water bar. The customer can order and have their favorite drinks here. For the countertop of this bar counter, we use the quartz stone countertop. The quartz stone is a stone material for the countertop with good quality. Half inside part for the staffs to work and half outside part for the customer can sit here. On the countertop of the half inside part has 3 stainless steel drains, we leave the correct holes for those drains.
PRODUCTION AND PACKAGE
Wooden body – After we send the final 3d design and construction drawing to the factory. The woodworker will cut the wood material and assemble it to a whole wood body.
Paint job – The second step is also the most important step is to make the paint job. We will make 5 times base coat and 2 times finish coat.
Assemble – Finally, we will install the spotlights, mosaic tiles, plugs and wires then all finished.
Package – After all done, we will send the finished production pictures to the customer for final confirmation. Then we will pack it foam inside and a wooden box outside. The whole bar counter will be packed divided into two parts.
